Overview

Cementing Imbalance: A Post-Katrina Analysis of the Regional Distribution of Subsidized Rental Housing is the latest in a series of BGR reports on affordable housing issues in the New Orleans area following Hurricane Katrina. It assembles parish-by-parish data and maps showing the distribution of subsidized housing in the most populous parishes: Orleans, Jefferson and St. Tammany. The housing programs include low-income housing tax credits, vouchers and public housing sites of the Housing Authority of New Orleans and other local housing authorities.
