The Bureau of Governmental Research will host its first Breakfast Briefing of 2026 on Wednesday, March 11th, featuring a conversation with Mayor Helena Moreno.
BGR President and CEO Becky Mowbray will lead a discussion focused on the early priorities of the new administration and the practical challenges of making New Orleans city government work more effectively, responsively, and accountably.
The event will take place from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m., with doors opening at 7:30 a.m., at the Pan-American Life Center, 601 Poydras Street, 20th Floor. A light breakfast and coffee will be provided.
Attendance is free, but registration is required due to limited seating capacity.
