The Bureau of Governmental Research announced that it has promoted Stephen Stuart to the position of Vice President and Research Director. BGR has also bid farewell to Peter Reichard, who served as its Research Director and will depart for Salt Lake City’s Utah Foundation, where he will serve as its President.
