The Bureau of Governmental Research today held its 2018 Annual Luncheon featuring speaker Michael E. Leiter, the former director of the National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC) under Presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama. At the luncheon, which took place at the New Orleans Marriott hotel, Leiter discussed “Counterterrorism and Cybersecurity: National Security Challenges for the Present and the Future.”
