People this Week: New hires, promotions, awards

The Bureau of Governmental Research has announced six new members on its board of directors: Ryan Adkerson, Ben Dupuy, John Landrum, Ronald McClain, Michelle Moore and Jonathan Wilson. Officers of the board for 2022 are: Norma Grace, chair; Merritt Lane, vice chair; Steven Usdin, secretary; Anne Baños, treasurer; Blake Stanfill, assistant secretary; and Christine Albert, assistant treasurer. Directors that have begun a second term include Gary Lorio and Jennifer Roberts. Returning members include Susan Brennan, Andrea Chen, Vanessa Claiborne, Ludovico Feoli, Louis Freeman Jr., Alex Gershanik, Jessie Haynes, Thomas LaVeist, Juley Thuy Le, Andrew Lee, Jennifer Neil, Graham Ralston, Patty Riddlebarger, Jennifer Schnidman, Syrita Steib, Lamar Villere and Charles West.
