The Bureau of Governmental Research (BGR), the leading public policy research organization in New Orleans area, seeks a Business and Operations Manager to handle the finance, HR, board, day-to-day logistics, and routine internal and external events of this small non-profit. The Business and Operations Manager reports to and provides support for the CEO.

The ideal candidate for Business and Operations Manager is a positive, team player who thinks in terms of systems and constantly works to improve them. The right person is a master of the software, web and workflow management applications that power the financial, HR, and board aspects of the organization and thinks of technology as a key component of a solution.
